für 6-8 Personen:
1 mittelgroßer Wirsingtopf
500 g Gehacktes
2 kg Kartoffeln
3-4 frische Tomaten
Salz, Pfeffer, Kümmel und Paprika edelsüß
2 L Fleischbrühe

Das Gehackte in etwas Fett (am liebsten Olivenöl) anbraten, den in Streifen geschnittenen Wirsing zufügen, salzen, pfeffern und mit etwas Kümmel und Paprika edelsüß abschmecken. Das ganze ein wenig schmoren, bis der Wirsing etwas glasig geworden ist.
Nun die in Würfel geschnittenen Kartoffeln und Tomaten und die Fleischbrühe zufügen, alles gut vermischen.
